Some of those health issues are type II diabetes, heart disease, certain forms of cancer, and obesity. A recent study’s discovery is this: Switching from animal protein sources to their plant-based counterparts considerably reduces our risk of premature death.

Vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, whole grains and legumes contain protein, fiber, calcium, and other essential nutrients. Besides, those are good for the health of the human heart. Furthermore, food items derived from plants lack cholesterol. So, consider consuming a lot of those products.
